The 2026 LDV eDeliver 5 electric van has arrived in Australia with three variants, up to 335km WLTP range and launch pricing from $47,990 drive-away.
The 2026 LDV eDeliver 5 electric van has arrived in Australia, with order books now open ahead of customer deliveries due from July 2026 onwards.
LDV Australia has confirmed three variants for launch: a short-wheelbase low roof, a long-wheelbase low roof and a long-wheelbase high roof.
Pricing starts from $47,990 drive-away for ABN holders, applying to the SWB low roof as a limited-time launch offer at participating dealers until 31 July 2026 while stock lasts.
Private buyer pricing starts from $52,621 drive-away for the same variant.
LDV says the first example has been air-freighted to Australia for final validation before customer deliveries begin.
An expressions-of-interest portal has opened on the LDV Australia website, while participating dealers are also taking orders.
The eDeliver 5 expands LDV Australia's electric van line-up to three models, sitting alongside the larger eDeliver 7 and eDeliver 9.
2026 LDV eDeliver 5 Drivetrain, Range and Charging
All eDeliver 5 variants use a 120kW and 240Nm electric motor driving the front wheels, paired with a 64kWh battery.
WLTP range is listed at up to 335km for the SWB low roof, up to 321km for the LWB low roof and up to 301km for the LWB high roof.
DC fast-charging at up to 70kW is supported, with LDV quoting an approximate 20 to 80 per cent charging time of 36 minutes.
The eDeliver 5 is also the first LDV electric vehicle in Australia to offer vehicle-to-load capability, with a listed maximum output of 6.6kW.
Payload is 1200kg for the SWB low roof and 1265kg for both LWB variants.
Cargo volume ranges from 6.6 cubic metres in the SWB low roof to 7.5 cubic metres in the LWB low roof and 8.7 cubic metres in the LWB high roof.
Standard equipment includes a three-seat layout, overhead storage, vinyl flooring in the cabin and cargo area, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, FM and DAB radio, a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster, windowless twin sliding doors and rear barn doors.

"There has been a seismic shift in consumer behaviour due to recent geo-political tensions, fuel insecurity, and surging diesel costs," said Dinesh Chinnappa, General Manager, LDV Australia.
"With that in mind we brought forward our plans to introduce the LDV eDeliver 5 to the Australian market, which is why stock will initially be limited," he said.
The eDeliver 5 is covered by a five-year, 160,000km vehicle warranty, whichever comes first.
The battery pack is covered by an eight-year, 250,000km warranty, whichever comes first.
