Omoda Jaecoo Australia has confirmed two more SUVs for Australia, with the Omoda 4 and Omoda 7 due in local showrooms in the first half of 2027.

The two new models will expand Omoda's local SUV range below the Omoda 9, giving the brand entries across compact and mid-size SUV segments.

Both vehicles will make their first local public appearance at Everything Electric Sydney, running from September 18 to 20, 2026.

The Omoda 7 will be positioned as a mid-size SUV, while the Omoda 4 will serve as a compact SUV aimed at younger buyers.

Omoda Jaecoo Australia says the models will offer new energy powertrain options, though local pricing, specifications and detailed drivetrain information will be announced closer to launch.

The expansion follows the local introduction of the Omoda 9, already detailed as the brand's flagship plug-in hybrid SUV in Australia.

"Omoda was created to challenge convention, and the arrival of the Omoda 4 and Omoda 7 is a perfect demonstration of that philosophy," said Roy Munoz, Chief Commercial Officer of Omoda Jaecoo Australia.

"Australian customers are looking for vehicles that combine distinctive design, advanced technology, strong value and electrified powertrain options, and these two models will allow us to offer even greater choice across some of the most important segments of the market."

"Expanding our new energy range is central to our growth in Australia, because it gives buyers the choice to match the technology to the way they actually drive.
The Omoda 4 and Omoda 7 are exciting additions to our growing Australian portfolio, and we look forward to sharing more details with customers and media as we get closer to their respective launches."

No local pricing has been confirmed for either model yet.

More information on Australian grades, standard equipment, safety technology and powertrain line-ups is expected closer to the Omoda 4 and Omoda 7 launches.
