The e-hybrid marks the first plug-in hybrid Audi A6 allroad offered in Australia, joining a V6 diesel model with mild hybrid plus technology.
Both variants come standard with quattro all-wheel drive, adaptive air suspension and all-wheel steering.
The A6 allroad remains in a small premium wagon and raised-wagon segment that includes the 2026 Volvo V60 Cross Country and 2026 BMW i5 Touring.
"The Audi A6 allroad has always occupied a distinctive position in our portfolio, combining the practicality of an Avant with the confidence and capability of quattro all-wheel drive," said Peter Strudwicke, Audi Australia Product Manager for the A6 allroad.
"This new generation takes that formula further, with a more striking, purposeful design, an exceptional level of standard equipment, and sophisticated chassis that makes the A6 allroad equally suited to everyday driving and longer journeys across Australia."
"The introduction of the e-hybrid is significant for our market.
Together with the advanced V6 TDI, it gives customers two compelling interpretations of the allroad, while delivering the performance and refinement they expect from Audi."
Pricing and key specifications
The A6 allroad e-hybrid combines a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine with an electric motor for a total system output of 270kW and 500Nm.
Its high-voltage battery has a gross capacity of 25.9kWh and 20.7kWh of usable capacity.
AC charging is supported, and Audi lists charging equipment for home and public AC charging as part of the Australian specification.
The plug-in hybrid also includes auxiliary air conditioning, allowing the cabin to be preconditioned.
The e-hybrid is visually distinguished by allroad-specific 21-inch Audi Sport alloy wheels in a six-flat-spoke design, finished in black metallic with gloss-turned detailing, along with red brake callipers.
The A6 allroad TDI uses a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine producing 220kW and 580Nm.
It features Audi's mild hybrid plus system with a belt alternator starter, powertrain generator and electrically powered compressor.
Both powertrains are paired with quattro all-wheel drive and a seven-speed S tronic transmission.
