The updated 2027 Zeekr 7X has launched in Australia with more power, revised styling, added standard equipment and unchanged pricing across the three-variant electric SUV range.

Orders open from 1 November 2026, with Australian arrivals commencing in December 2026.

The local range remains split between RWD, Long Range RWD and Performance AWD grades, priced from $57,900 before on-road costs.

Each variant gains 25kW over the previous version, with outputs now ranging from 335kW in rear-wheel-drive models to 500kW in the Performance AWD.

The Long Range RWD offers the highest claimed range in the line-up at up to 627km on the WLTP cycle, while the Performance AWD claims 0-100km/h in 3.7 seconds.

The 500kW output also aligns with the headline figure previewed for the Zeekr 7GT, which is due to sit alongside the SUV in the brand’s local electric vehicle range.

All 2027 Zeekr 7X variants now include rear privacy glass, a 16-inch central touchscreen and a built-in digital video recorder as standard.

The update also brings redesigned front air ducts, a narrower active grille shutter, a revised rear diffuser, a relocated rear licence plate and an auto door button.

The RWD and Long Range RWD use 19-inch silver alloy wheels, while the Performance AWD receives 21-inch forged alloy wheels.

Inside, the 7X gains a redesigned centre console with relocated cupholders, an additional storage cubby, a revised armrest and suede headlining.

Cargo capacity is listed at 539 litres, expanding to 1978 litres with the rear seats folded.

The Performance AWD also includes a 66-litre front boot.

Zeekr says more than 23,000 Australian customers have taken delivery of the 7X since August 2025.

The company also says more than 200,000 examples have been produced globally, with Australia accounting for approximately one in five 7X sales outside China.

The updated model follows earlier strong local demand for the SUV, including coverage of Zeekr 7X wait times as supply improved for Australian customers.

A new two-tone Tech Grey paint finish with a black roof is available on Long Range RWD and Performance AWD variants.

Onyx Black is standard, while Crystal White, Forest Green and solid Tech Grey are cost-option exterior colours.

The RWD has a leather-free Charcoal Black interior, while the Long Range RWD and Performance AWD can be optioned with a Charcoal Black and Grey interior.

An Ivory and Polar White interior is exclusive to the Performance AWD.

A Black Edition Package is also available for the Performance AWD, combining Onyx Black paint, blacked-out trim, black Nappa leather upholstery and 20-inch black alloy wheels.

Zeekr is offering a launch package to the first 2000 orders of the updated 7X from 1 November 2026.

The offer includes complimentary exterior and interior colour selection, two years of servicing, a wallbox, 5000 Zeekr app points, a choice of Zeekr x Anker powerbank or Zeekr sparkling wine, and a Frank Green x Zeekr water bottle.

Introductory retail offers run from 1 November to 31 December 2026.

Customers with an existing order for the current 7X can retain their order or speak with a Zeekr retailer about switching to the updated model.

The high-voltage battery is covered by an eight-year or 160,000km warranty, whichever comes first.
