Lepas Australia has priced its L6 BEV from $47,990 MSRP, with 440km WLTP range, 160kW, 275Nm and early November test drives.

The L6 BEV is the first Australian-market model from Lepas, a new-energy brand under Chery Group.

It follows earlier details on the L6 EV's Australian specifications, including its 160kW and 275Nm outputs.
The L6 BEV uses a 65kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and has a claimed 440km WLTP driving range.
DC fast charging from 30 to 80 per cent takes 22 minutes when using a 120kW charger.

Standard equipment listed for the L6 BEV includes 19-inch machined alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof with retractable sunshade, acoustic glass for the front doors and puddle lights.
Inside, the electric SUV features a 13.2-inch LCD infotainment touchscreen, an 8.88-inch LCD instrument cluster, wired and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an eight-speaker Sony sound system and 50W wireless device charging.
Safety and driver-assistance equipment includes a full suite of advanced driver assistance systems and automatic parking assist.
As an introductory launch offer, premium paint will be available at no extra charge for a limited time.
Colour choices include crimson purple, light speed orange, khaki white, bamboo grey and carbon crystal black, with carbon crystal black listed as pre-order only.
The L6 BEV will be available to test drive at Lepas dealers from early November.
