Mitsubishi Motors Australia has confirmed pricing and specifications for the 2026 Outlander internal combustion engine range, ahead of showroom arrivals in June 2026.

The medium SUV continues to start from $39,990 before on-road costs for the ES 2WD five-seat, with the range extending to $58,740 before on-road costs for the Exceed Tourer AWD five-seat.

The main change for 2026 is the return of the Outlander Black Edition 2WD seven-seat, which is based on the LS grade and is priced from $45,490 before on-road costs.

It brings black exterior detailing, 20-inch black alloy wheels, black interior headlining and black synthetic leather and Granlux seat trim.

Mitsubishi is also adding a Red Diamond/Black Mica two-tone paint option exclusively for the Exceed Tourer grade.

Otherwise, Mitsubishi says key specifications are carried over from the 2025 model year update, which introduced the Australian-developed suspension and steering tune, updated infotainment and revised safety technology.

Compared with 2025 pricing supplied for the continuing grades, the entry ES 2WD five-seat remains unchanged at $39,990 before on-road costs.

Several continuing grades, including LS 2WD, Aspire 2WD, Exceed AWD and Exceed Tourer AWD, have increased by $750.

The 2026 line-up also continues the split between five-seat and seven-seat versions.

Seven seats are available from ES 2WD through to Aspire AWD, while the ES AWD, Exceed AWD and Exceed Tourer AWD are listed as five-seat models.

“Our 2026 model year lineup will continue to feature MMAL’s ride and handling tune designed specifically for Australian roads among a suite of other refined specifications introduced in last year’s model refresh,” Bruce Hampel, General Manager of Product Strategy, Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited, said.

Mitsubishi says the Outlander is covered by its 10/10/10 Diamond Advantage program, including up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometres of warranty coverage when scheduled servicing is completed on time at a Mitsubishi dealership.

If those conditions are not met, the warranty reverts to five years or 100,000 kilometres.

The program also includes up to 10 years or 150,000 kilometres of capped price servicing and up to 10 years of roadside assistance, subject to conditions and exclusions.

Mitsubishi lists all 2026 Outlander prices as RRPs, excluding on-road costs.

The 2026 Outlander ICE range starts from $39,990 before on-road costs and tops out at $58,740 before on-road costs.
