The 2027 Hyundai Staria Load Electric is now on sale in Australia with 450km WLTP range, 1005kg payload and 350kW DC fast charging.
Hyundai Australia has launched the 2027 Staria Load Electric, adding an all-electric option to its commercial van range from $70,990 before delivery and on-road costs.
The electric van is available now and joins the existing turbo-diesel and hybrid Staria Load variants.

It expands the range following earlier updates to Staria Load availability covered by CarSauce.
Both Liftback and Twin Swing rear-door versions are priced from $70,990 Manufacturer’s List Price.
The 2027 Hyundai Staria Load Electric uses an 800V E-GMP architecture with a 160kW and 350Nm electric motor driving the front wheels.
Energy comes from an 84kWh battery, with Hyundai listing a WLTP driving range of up to 450km.
DC fast charging is supported at up to 350kW, allowing a 10 to 80 per cent charge in 20 minutes.
The charging port is positioned centrally at the front of the vehicle.
Electric van keeps Staria Load cargo capacity
The electric powertrain has been packaged without reducing the Staria Load’s 4935-litre cargo capacity.
Cargo area dimensions are listed at 2607mm long, 1640mm wide and 1436mm high.
Payload is rated at 1005kg, while towing capacity is 2000kg braked and 750kg unbraked.
The Staria Load Electric is available only as a two-seat van.
An interior Vehicle-to-Load outlet is fitted on the right-hand side of the cargo area, allowing the high-voltage battery to power electrical equipment through a standard three-pin outlet.
Electric-specific equipment includes a 12.3-inch multimedia display, 12.3-inch instrument cluster, satellite navigation, Shift-by-Wire drive selection, a battery heating system and heat pump technology.
The van also features Hyundai Bluelink connected services with a five-year complimentary subscription and Over-The-Air update capability.
Exterior changes include a smooth closed front panel replacing the conventional grille, front and rear floor undercovers, an Electric badge, 17-inch steel wheels and a choice of Creamy White or Shimmering Silver paint.
Safety equipment includes seven airbags, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 1.5, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist - Rear, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist 2, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Smart Cruise Control 2 with Stop & Go, front and rear parking distance warning, and tyre pressure monitoring.

The 2027 Hyundai Staria Load Electric will make its Australian public debut at Everything Electric Sydney, held from 18 to 20 September at Sydney Olympic Park.
Service pricing lists $645 at 24 months or 30,000km and $667 at 48 months or 60,000km.
